On 5^th January 2011, we Trainee of BesT programme UniRazak , have Students visit to Inno Biologics at Putra Nilai, Negeri Sembilan . Our jouney takes about 1 hour, by bus. The other group was visit Stellagen that located at Sri Batu Caves Industrial Park  .

       

        

        Inno Biologics was well established in 2002, and Inno Biologics is Malaysia’s first cGMP modular biopharmaceutical production plant. Inno Biologics specializes in mammalian cell culture technology and operates the state-of-the-art cGMP facility for the production of biopharmaceuticals. The facility is built to comply with European Medical Agency (EMEA) and United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory requirements.  Inno Biologics has entered into a 10-year cooperation agreement with Boehringer Ingelheim to have non-exclusive access to Boehringer Ingelheim’s comprehensive manufacturing technology platform for biopharmaceutical production. Inno Biologics also have strategic collaboration with the commercial arm of Centre of Molecular Immunology (CIM), Cuba in Technology licensing for the Humanisation of Antibody.         From this visit, all of we were brought by Inno Bio executive team to visit  around Inno Biologics. The coverage area of Inno Biologics quite large and wide.  Inno Biologics , they were provide the services to the clients  like I said in previous paragraph. There’s a large scale of laboratory ; Process Science Laboratory and Protein Science Laboratory. In Process Science Laboratory was involved with Purification Laboratory, Filtration Laboratory and Bioreactor and Recovery Laboratory.  There’s a big reactor that used for operation process. In Inno Biologics have the manufacturing sector that operates the state-of-the-art cGMP facility for the production of biopharmaceuticals. For Stellagen, is a Biotech Company with the primary objective to identify, develop and commercialise technologies related to animal health, consumer health, microbiology and biochemical industries. StellarLac(TM), which has undergone a 12 years research in UPM. This product is a feed supplement for poultry and it is meant to replace the antibiotics as growth promoter. It is known as probiotic since the product is consisted of 11 strains of friendly bacteria that can improve a chicken's intestinal bacteria balance and its digestion of chicken feed. It also helps to restore the presence of beneficial bacteria, which strengthen the intestinal system against disease-causing organisms. This makes Stellarlac the most suitable alternative for antibiotics as growth promoter since the usage of the latter will be banned internationally starting from 1 January 2006. This company is a growing company, there 2% market they have penetrated and mostly in Southern Malaysia. This company was small in place and also just have five team members, that located at Sri Batu Caves Industrial Park  

        My opinion about Inno Biologics in future about 10 years, is I hope Inno Biologics will fulfill the the mission and vison that they holds. Inno Biologics must to expand effort to ensure the sustainabilitygrowth. . Inno Biologics will be a world leading business organisation providing biopharmaceutical development and services for better quality of life. And Inno Biologics now already on the right track in order to be the leader in innovative biologics development and manufacturing.  By achieving that Inno Biologics will give full contribution to the nation’s economic growth. By the increasing development in the future, they will create critical mass of talent in biorelated industries.

        As conclusion, this visit was a great and so much useful for me and all of us. From this visit, it’s open my eyes clearly to the future career and what particular environment for my future jobs. And I hope one day I willl work with Inno Biologics. today Mdm Liza & Mdm Sita was here with us. we were going to  present the business proposal by group which is 30 minutes for each group. hehe my group XX power , take 2nd for the turn. its quite early to present, but my group member Yatie got an interview. good luck to her. Today, all of us looks pretty, awesome, gorgeous and looks professional with our attire.... huhuhu. 

my group are going to present about Eco-PALF fiber. my part is Investment Highlight & The Conclusion . I'm the finishing one. fuhh everything goes well and smooth. I think my group do it very great. And I think , i become more confident and feel calm to talk. Alhamdullilah. 

about 9 group must be to present , and we finish late, about 6 pm. Its ok, because everything are settle...

The role of Neuro-linguistic programming in commnication session by Mr Faizal Kamal, was the last session or class for our Communication Module, before all of us are going to the finale presentation day.

in this session i've learn about how to delete unwanted memory, this topic was demostrate by mr Faizal to our friend, Firdaus . then we do it in a pair.
then we learn about what kind of sensory part that we alert most.

we were divided in group into 3 and tested each member on touch,  sound and visual sensors. based from this, my friends said that i'm best in touch sense .. huhuhu actually it is average i think.

the activity is this session that i remember the most is when mr faizal ask 2 gurls, 1st girl was asked by mr faizal to think about the best/sad things that happen to her before this .... and then the 2nd gurl was asked to 'selami perasaan' the 1st gurl, just by sitting next her. for a few minutes, the 2nd gurl 'terasa sebak dan mengalirkan air mata' ..... so suprise and impress.

i think everyone in this world involved with this ..... today session i've learn about negotiates with our lovely and funny trainer, Mr Hisham .

Negotiation , it is an on going thing, no matter what it will happen anywhere. it can be happen between parent & child , employer vs employee, boyfriend vs girlfriend and so on. when you want to buy something , sometimes you will need to nego with the shopper, is it right ?? yeah its true. it's always happen to me. 

there's 2 types of negotiation = distributive & integrative negotiation

this both negotiation involved 4 fundamental concepts 

1. BATNA- best alternative to negotiated agreement
2. reservation price
3. ZOPA - zone of possible agreement
4. value creation through trades

orait all of this is the theory that we learn, next session is activity with apply the theory that we have learn before.  huhu we were divided into 6 group, and all of us were give with  3 different cases to work with. each group would give a role to play. this task was so fun with the new actress and actors, huhu.

my group case - employee vs employer .....  ziana (employee) has to meet amir  (employer) to take 3 month leave. this case so dramatic and funny with the acting from my group and the other group. all in this class, we keep laugh and laugh. huhu  it also happen to all group when they start to act. so much funny.

this session is the public speaking day for all of us .... mr hisham & kak nani have give the subject to talk according our group. my group's topic is Information technology. and I'm focusing in Pros And Cons of Information Technology. I'm very nervous , but i motivate myself by saying, all of us do the same thing. yeah its work, my nervousness is getting better . my turn is 2Oth, hehe then i release it all out ......

mr hisham was comment about my speech, he say that my slide show is good & and then he saw that i'm like reluctant to perform this 'show' , huhu  & the best is he say to me, I can do better than this and maybe i can be a better speaker , i'm feel so happy and feel more confident. Tq Mr Hisham. 

for the last session, Mr Hisham was announced 15 best speaker , i hope my name to be called, huhu but its ok, i hope i will try my best next time, i hope so.

For this session, We have learn about how to write an effective resume & cover letter.The resume is a tool you use to market yourself to being hired for a job. Your resume should be perfect, concise & simple. The main point are : 

• we need to use the best word to describe something and to attracted the interviewer 
• we should to be careful with how you play with your words/sentences + font + also the content
• you only have 45sec to grab the attention 
• your resume must N.A.S.H - Neatness, Attractive, Simplicity, Honesty.

about the cover letter, this is your intro for your resume ... put the details. prefer to have 1 page only. Its like formal letter format. You can google for sample cover letter as a guide for you to create your own cover letter

It's quiet interesting for me, when the trainer was explained this entire thing and als0 how the secretary does the particular jobs to make the meeting is going smooth. And I hOpe, i will become a secretary ... hehe. I also love to take a class about accountancy and finance after I learn abOut this subject. I hope i will able to make it real . I hOpe so much. I was so impressed with our trainer for this day, Mr Hisham Karim. He's very funny person, such a comedian to me. His face looks like Eric Leong, hehehe can u imagine???? The day was full of joy and laughter. He also has the "pOwer" to read people just by asking a random question to all of us. About 70% he guesses it right. wOww I want to be like him. He also thought us a bit about the theory of public speaking. I can’t stop to laughing with his humors, plus when he talks with Nazreen about “Puding Raja”, Mr Hisham favourite food. 

Then we were given a quick task/activity by kak nani to draw anything that comes out from your mind. And then I draw my cat, Amina. She such an adorable cat. Every morning, she will wake me up from sleep by meow meow to me and also bite my hand. Huhu .For this activity, there’s 10 trainees that early finish their drawing need to go in front, then give a speech for 5 minutes. With no preparation. Good job for them.

After break, we have another task to present. This task does it in group. Each group were given a subject then described it with a creative way. At the end of this session, all of us were assigned to give a talk about 5 minutes according our subject. This is an individual task. My subject is Information Technology. So wish me good luck for that day 21 Disember ✿.

For 2nd day, we were going more to theory about the communication. Mdm Liza was discussed about the meaning and the barriers ( like a borderline) of communication. Examples of the barriers of communication are the gap generations, culture also the gender.  After the break for lunch , the session was continued with Mdm Farah. She talk's about the CommunicatiOn FrOm Islamic Perspective. there's so many information that i've learned that day . The conclusion is Allah tells us in the Quran that the words of a Muslim's speech are the finest and most acceptable. We also have grOup activity which is we create a poster and the title is based on the topic that already discussed with Mdm Farah.
